On a daily basis someone tells me they don’t know where to start. That it’s all too overwhelming. So pictured above are 2 places to start! Either 5 simple things to begin a healing journey or 5 common summer items you could replace to a non toxic option.

Remember what we eat, breathe, and absorb into our skin plays a role in our health. That’s why it’s important to know what’s in our products as well as food!

Every little change helps. You don’t need to do it all at once! But have goals and keep making better choices. Eventually all of the little choices add up to a huge change!
