If you could only do one thing to better your health what would it be❓

I get asked that quite often. 

I always answer…add in more fruits and veggies.


Because they contain fiber.

FIBER feeds the microbiome in your gut.

The microbiome need to be fed.

And the microbiome play a roll in anxiety, depression, hormonal balance, detoxing, heart health, cancer, auto immune issues, chronic fatigue, mineral and vitamin absorbtion, digestion, neurotransmitter regulation, immune system, and the list could go on and on.

And 95% of us don’t get enough fiber every day. So you’re not alone in this.

According to the American Heart Association, women should try to eat at least 25 grams of fiber a day, while men should get 38 grams a day.
