Adding Veggies to Your Diet

Sometimes getting more veggies into our diet seems like an impossible task. These are some of the ways I add them into our daily diets.

Other fun ways not shown above are, zucchini noodles, veggie omelets, cauliflower in smoothies and sauces, and cauliflower rice.
