Are artificial dyes nourishing?
Are hydrogenated oils nourishing?
Are artificial sweeteners nourishing?
Are artificial flavors nourishing?
Is glyphosate (main ingredient in roundup) nourishing?
You get the point!
Nourishing foods don’t cause illnesses!
Of course the fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, etc are the most nourishing with their fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. They should be the daily go to snacks.
But for those times when snacks are needed for convenience, on the go, or when in a hurry, you can still choose ones with the more nourishing ingredients. Find snacks made from whole food ingredients.
