If You’re Dealing With Depression

And the list would continue with…
Do you need to exercise?
Do you need to move your body daily?
Are you getting consistent good quality sleep?
Do you have trauma to heal from?
Is stress contributing to it?
Is it situational?
What’s causing my hormones to be off?
Do you have food intolerances?
Is medication contributing?
Are any organs suffering?
Where can you best get support?
Do you need to see a therapist?
Do you need to see a doctor?
What alternative treatments are there?
Ask…do any of these contribute to it?

And the list can go on and on. Don’t just think you’re doomed to depression and there’s nothing you can do to help it! Find the help you need!

And remember as I’ve stated in the last 2 posts, not one of these things alone causes or cures depression. It’s usually a combination of many factors contributing to and many factors needed to heal.
