❤️Exercise – such a great way to detox and strengthen your health
❤️Being outside to get vit d.- so many studies I’ve shown that low vit d levels contribute to all type of illnesses
❤️Sourdough for all breads so it’s less inflammatory
❤️Being in nature
❤️And so incredibly grateful for doctors and clinics that are trying to help people figure out their root problems and get them on a road of health again.
