Is Reducing Toxins a Waste of Time & Energy?

My response in the form of an analogy:

Your car drives through dirt, mud, rain, exhaust, dust, pot holes, bumps, and more everyday. There’s nothing you can do to avoid some of those. But don’t ever swerve around the pot hole. Don’t ever dodge the puddle. Don’t ever get your car washed. Don’t ever get your filter changed or your oil changed. Don’t ever do any maintenance on it. That would be considered ridiculous and does nothing because your car will just drive through some more of those every day.

To have your car run at its optimal capacity, you have to take care of it. If you never dodged the pot holes or changed its filters or did maintenance, those are going to be some HUGE car shop repair bills down the road.

Same is true with your body. To have your body run at its optimal capacity; you have to take care of it. If you never dodged some of those toxins or did maintenance on it, those are going to be some HUGE medical bills down the road.

It’s not an all or nothing mentality. It’s dodge what toxins you personally can to help your body out as best as you can.
