I made a protein powder I wanted…
1. One I could quickly shake in water and love the taste of. (SO MANY IN JUST WATER ARE SO GROSS TASTING ????)
2. One with all whole food ingredients. No added flavors, no preservatives, no fillers, and nothing artificial.

-The cleanest grass fed whey I could find- flown in from New Zealand.
-Chia seeds full of omega 3s
-Pumpkin seeds with magnesium and tryptophan
-Collagen protein to help gut, hair, joints, and skin
-Sea salt with trace minerals
-Cacao rather than cocoa for added antioxidants
