Some of us need more fiber
Some need more protein
Some need more salt
Some need more good fats
Some need less sugar
Some need less inflammatory foods

Do you know what you need?

In the podcast that was launched today with @benbikmanphd, he talks about some of us needing more protein, especially to help with blood sugar issues.

So when looking for protein sources, here are some better choices:
-Grassfed protein
-Protein without added hormones
-Pasture raised protein
-Protein without artificial ingredients added to it
-Protein without glyphosate sprayed on it

What are proteins?
Proteins are made up of amino acids that join together to form long chains.

There are 20 amino acids that help form the thousands of different proteins in your body.

Proteins do most of their work in the cell and perform various jobs. Their jobs include:
1. Growth and maintenance of tissues
2. Aids in thousands of biochemical reactions (some proteins are enzymes)
3. Act as messengers (some hormones are proteins)
4. Provide structure (think collagen)
5. Maintain proper ph
6. Balance fluids
7. Transport and store nutrients
8. Help form antibodies to fight infection (1)
