?November is a month of gratitude.

The Cornucopia means horn of plenty.

It is a symbol of NOURISHMENT and ABUNDANCE.

For the next 12 days, I’m going to be talking about things we can remove on our health journey, and things we can add in that will help give us that NOURISHMENT and help towards an ABUNDANCE of health.

1️⃣High fructose corn syrup is linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Due to the HFCS molecule bond, the fructose part does not need to be digested and it goes straight to the liver and can cause this liver damage

2️⃣Research from Princeton University concluded that consuming HFCS leads to “abnormal increases in body fat, especially in the abdomen and a rise in circulating bloods fats called triglycerides”.

3️⃣HFCS has been shown to create holes in the intestinal lining allowing byproducts of toxic gut bacteria and partially digested food proteins to enter your bloodstream and trigger inflammation.

4️⃣A UCLA study showed HFCS slows the brain, reduces learning and hampers learning.

?spinach is the top vegetable for containing the most magnesium and iron (apricots have more iron)
?Provides one of the best vitamins for your brains, folate. This is needed to synthesize and regulate neurotransmitters.
?Its high in carotenoids, which your body turns into vit A
?1 spinach leaf contains over 1/2 your RDI of vitamin k, which is needed for blood clotting.
?Contains nitrates for heart health, quercetin an antioxidant for inflammation, kaempferol an antioxidant that fights cancer.
