SIMPLE DINNERS – One of our favorites and a truly simple dinner is a sheet pan dinner. Sheet pan dinners are filled with vegetables and most of us can use more vegetables in our diet. The great thing about this kind of dinner is that you can customize it to your families likes and needs.
A lot of Americans are lacking in the amount of fiber they get each day. This sheet pan dinner provides lots of fiber.
Reasons to get more fibrous veggies into your diet:
1️⃣Fiber helps your good gut bacteria flourish. A healthy gut lowers systematic inflammation and is key to disease prevention and overall health.
2️⃣If you’re not getting enough fiber in your diet the bile produced by the liver can become concentrated with toxins and fat. Instead of being ushered out of the body via fiber, that toxic sludge is recirculated back to the liver. This process can contribute to many inflammatory diseases.
3️⃣Increased fiber in the diet can lower your risk of heart disease
4️⃣Fiber can reduce the risk of diverticulitis, especially when consuming insoluble fiber
5️⃣Fiber can be protective against gallstones.

✨Avocado oil and lemon pepper

Cook at 425 degrees for about 18-20 minutes.
