☀️Summer air quality☀️
My mom who is 80, has been home bound due to Covid and her health. I know others have spent many more hours in their home as well. So it’s even more important to have good air quality.
We cannot get rid of all the toxins in our life, but we can reduce the ones we have control of.
Did you know…
The EPA states, “The air within homes and other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities.”
These items causing pollution in your home can be cleaning supplies, scented candles, plug ins, air fresheners, mold, bacteria, VOCs, dust mites, pet dander, virus carriers, smog, smoke, and more.
Pictured above are some easy swaps to help eliminate some toxins in your home.
