4 Neapolitan Protein Powder Recipes

Nice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
Ice Cream
2 lbs of strawberries
½ banana
2 cups organic whipping cream
3 cups organic whole milk
1-2 scoops Neapolitan Protein Powder
1/4 cup organic cane sugar or more for taste

Ice Cream Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Transfer to the ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
  3. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, continue to blend in the blender until creamy consistency, then transfer to a freezer safe container.

Cookies
½ cup maple syrup
1 cup Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1 cup organic oat flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Cookie Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cookie ingredients. Roll into balls. Flatten on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Assembly Directions

  1. Once cookies have cooled, scoop ice cream onto bottom cookie and use top cookie to cover.
  2. Store in freezer until ready to eat.

Notes
Time: 40 minutes + freezer time
Makes 8 ice cream sandwiches

Neapolitan Nice Cream

Ingredients
2 lbs of strawberries
½ banana
2 cups organic whipping cream
3 cups organic whole milk
1-2 scoops Neapolitan Protein Powder
1/4 cup organic cane sugar or more for taste

Ice Cream Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Transfer to the ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
  3. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, continue to blend in the blender until creamy consistency, then transfer to a freezer safe container.

    Notes

    Time:  5 minutes + ice cream maker time
    Serves: 8


    Neapolitan Cake Pops

    Ingredients
    Cake
    ¼ cup coconut oil
    1 scoop Neapolitan Protein Powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ¼ cup maple syrup
    3 tbsp coconut flour
    Cake pop sticks

    Coating
    ½ cup chocolate chips
    1 tsp coconut oil
    Sprinkles to top (optional)

    Directions

    1. Mix cake ingredients until batter becomes a dough.
    2. Roll into 6 balls, put on cake pop sticks, and put in freezer while preparing coating.
    3. Melt chocolate chips with the coconut oil on low heat.
    4. Dip cake pops into chocolate coating. Hold until chocolate stops dripping.
    5. Top with sprinkles and freeze for 1 hour or until chocolate has fully hardened.

      Notes

      Time: 30 minutes + 1 hour freezing
      Makes: 6 cake pops


      Frozen Yogurt Bark

      Ingredients
      1 cup of organic greek yogurt
      1-2 tbsp raw organic honey
      1 scoop Neapolitan Protein Powder
      ½ cup strawberries
      ¼ cup granola

      Directions

      1. Combine yogurt, raw honey, and protein powder and mix well.
      2. Spread onto lined baking sheet.
      3. Top with strawberries and granola.
      4. Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy.

        Notes

        Time: 10 minutes + 4 hours freezing
        Serves: 5
