5 Strawberries & Cream Protein Recipes

I am so excited to launch the newest Just Ingredients Protein Powder flavor - Strawberries & Cream! This delicious blend of real, organic strawberries and creamy vanilla is just the pick-me-up we all need as we head into the spring season. 

Feeling inspired? Here's 5 favorite recipes with a strawberry twist!

Strawberry Nice Cream

Ingredients
2 lbs of strawberries
½ banana
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 3 lemons
2 cups organic whipping cream
3 cups organic whole milk
1-2 scoops Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder
1 cup organic cane sugar

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze until firm.

Notes
Time: 5 minutes + ice cream maker time
Serves: 8

Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients
4 cups Greek yogurt
1-2 scoops depending on taste of Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder
2 cups mixed berries
2 cups granola

Directions

  1. Combine 4 cups yogurt with 4 scoops Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder.
  2. Place 1/2 cup yogurt mixture across the bottom of four Mason jars or cups.
  3. Layer on mixed berries and granola.
  4. Repeat layers until jars are full.

Notes

Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 4 parfaits

Pinkalicious Smoothie

Ingredients
Handful frozen dragonfruit
Handful frozen strawberries
½ frozen banana
1 scoop Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder
1 tsp Lion's Mane (optional)
Milk of choice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Pour milk to desired consistency.
  3. Blend and enjoy!

Notes

Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1

Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 handful spinach
1 can coconut milk
1 scoop Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Pour milk to desired consistency.
  3. Blend and enjoy!

Notes

Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 

Strawberry Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder
1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix together ingredients and enjoy with fruit or crackers.
