Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients
10 tbsp grass-fed butter, unsalted
1¼ cups organic cane sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup organic Kamut flour
3 scoops Salted Caramel Protein Powder
â…“ cup chocolate chips
â…“ cup pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium-low heat. Stir until the butter melts and remove from heat.
  3. Transfer batter to a bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  4. Stir in the flour and protein powder.
  5. If using, add chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Pour batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the edges look crisp.

Notes
Time: 10 minutes prep + 30 minutes baking
Makes: 12 brownies

Salted Caramel Mocha Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop Salted Caramel Protein Powder
8 oz organic mocha cold brew
Maple syrup to taste (optional)
Handful of ice
Milk of choice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend and enjoy!

Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Salted Caramel Protein Bites

Ingredients
2 tbsp Salted Caramel Protein Powder
7 dates, pitted
1¼ cup pecans or walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until doughy.
  2. If the mixture is not moist enough, add 1-2 tbsp of water.
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.

Notes

Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 10 bites

Salted Caramel Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
​​¼ cup organic oat flour
1 scoop Salted Caramel Protein Powder
Dash of cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
Splash of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix the banana and egg.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
  3. Pour batter onto pan.
  4. Cook on medium-low heat until brown on each side.

Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 12 pancakes

Salted Caramel Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4 large bananas
½ cup coconut sugar
½ cup coconut oil
2 eggs
½ cup organic Kamut flour
1½ cups Salted Caramel Protein Powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sourdough starter
½ cup nuts (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas. In a mixer, cream bananas with sugar and coconut oil.
  3. Beat in eggs, flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sourdough starter.
  4. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into muffin tin and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
