In a bowl, combine the protein mix, egg, water, and protein powder and mix well

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat

Melt the butter in the skillet or griddle, then pour in the mixture and let it cook for a couple minutes. While the middle is still wet and runny, start folding the batter and break it up. Keep doing this until it is scrambled and golden brown

Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a greased 8x8 baking dish

In a bowl, mix together oats, pecans, cinnamon, protein powder, melted butter & maple syrup

Add sliced peaches to the bottom of the greased pan. Layer crumble topping evenly on top of peaches

Step 4

Cover & bake at 350 for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, uncover the crisp & bake for an additional 15 minutes

Add the water or milk a bit at a time until the mixture is moist enough to stick together
