In a bowl, combine the protein mix, egg, water, and protein powder and mix well

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat

Melt the butter in the skillet or griddle, then pour in the mixture and let it cook for a couple minutes. While the middle is still wet and runny, start folding the batter and break it up. Keep doing this until it is scrambled and golden brown
