Just Ingredients is dedicated to making our website, justingredients.us, accessible and usable for everyone. We strive to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards and maintain ongoing ADA website compliance so that all visitors can navigate and interact with our content easily and independently.

Our Accessibility Approach

We partner with TestParty, an AI-powered accessibility compliance platform, to audit, test, and remediate accessibility issues. Through continuous monitoring and validation, we work toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and other recognized digital accessibility standards.

TestParty’s automated accessibility tools and manual testing processes help identify and resolve issues such as color-contrast errors, missing alt text, ARIA labeling, and keyboard navigation barriers.

Ongoing Accessibility Maintenance

Our website undergoes regular accessibility reviews, including:

• Automated scans for WCAG 2.2 violations

• Manual testing with assistive technologies

• Accessibility remediation updates within development cycles

Third-Party Content & Plugins

Our site may include third-party apps, payment processors, videos, or embedded widgets not fully controlled by Just Ingredients. While TestParty cannot guarantee accessibility for these external elements, we proactively engage with vendors to encourage WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA alignment.

Known Limitations (Current as of Last Review)

While we strive for full accessibility, a few known issues may persist:

• The Join the Newsletter page contains an iframe with an incomplete or missing title, which affects how screen readers identify that content. 

• The Careers page includes several issues that stem from the external hiring platform used on that page. 

• One of our integrated platforms presents challenges with button labeling and heading structure. 

We continue to work with these providers to improve accessibility wherever possible.
