A single serving of Raspberry Lemonade Pre-Workout contains 150mg of caffeine.

We extract the caffeine from the green tea leaf, but do not use actual green tea in the pre-workout.

That tingling feeling is common with pre-workouts, and it is caused by the ingredient beta-alanine. Once you start working out it should go away! So make sure you are doing something active after taking it.

We formulated our pre-workout with adaptogens to help avoid that post pre-workout crash.

Some people love it to get them ready to workout, you don’t need it! It is a lot of caffeine, just depends on how much your body can tolerate. Some people have way more than that and some don’t have anywhere near that.

Yes, this is normal. You may find some clumps in your pre-workout, but taste and performance will not be impacted. Just crush them up or put them in water to dissolve as normal.

Most doctors recommend not having over 100mg of caffeine while pregnant. The preworkout has 150mg.
