The Just Ingredients Difference
Up to 90% of pregnant women don’t get enough choline—and many prenatals include little to none. We use VitaCholine™, a patented, bioavailable form that helps support maternal wellness and healthy brain and neural tube development during pregnancy.
We use many nutrient-rich, plant-based ingredients—like algal oil for DHA, beta-carotene for Vitamin A, sunflower-derived Vitamin E (Novatol®), and organic fruit, vegetable, and herb blends—to provide real, nourishing, and effective support.*
Thoughtfully formulated to support your body from preconception through postpartum—with ingredients like methylated B vitamins to help prepare for pregnancy by supporting fertility, energy, and nutrient absorption; Vitamin B6 and ginger which may help with morning sickness; and essential nutrients like choline, DHA, and calcium to support baby’s development and your changing needs before, during, and after birth.*
We use 5-MTHF, a bioavailable form of folate is in its activated form, unlike folic acid, which must first be converted before being used by the body.*
We included 5 billion CFU of probiotics studied for potential benefits during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and infant health.*
- L. rhamnosus GG – may support healthy skin and immune responses in infants.*
- L. reuteri – may help digestive comfort and gut balance in babies.*
- L. acidophilus – supports general digestive and vaginal health.*
Plus, prebiotics from inulin help nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support digestive balance.*
The process for our testing begins with collecting all COA and heavy metal test results for each individual ingredient from suppliers.
By testing at the source, we ensure each ingredient used in our protein meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.

FAQ's

Because B vitamins may help support energy levels, we generally recommend taking this supplement in the morning. We also recommend taking it with a meal and aim to take it at the same time each day to support consistency.
Our Prenatal includes two formulas: one contains 25+ vitamins and minerals (including choline), and the other provides DHA from algal oil. Because DHA is oil-based and in a softgel, and the other nutrients are in a vegetable capsule, we keep them in separate bottles to maintain quality and stability. Together, they make up the Prenatal.
No. These two products are designed to be taken together as one. Prenatal + Choline and Prenatal DHA are only sold as a set.
Iron is not included in the main Prenatal + Choline and Prenatal DHA capsules because it can interfere with the absorption of other essential nutrients like calcium. Instead, we offer a separate Prenatal Iron capsule made with Ferrochel®, a chelated form of iron that’s gentle on digestion and designed to help reduce the risk of nutrient absorption interference—so you can support healthy iron levels without compromising the benefits of your other prenatal nutrients.
While iron is important during pregnancy, supplementation should be based on individual need. We created our Prenatal Iron as an optional add-on—allowing you to personalize your supplement routine based on your needs and guidance from your healthcare provider.
