Beta-alanine helps build carnosine in the blood and protein building block which reduces lactic acid build-up in the muscles. We extract the caffeine from the green tea leaf, but do not use actual green tea in the pre-workout.
That tingling feeling is common with pre-workouts, and it is caused by the ingredient beta-alanine. Once you start working out it should go away! So make sure you are doing something active after taking it.
